Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Social Media Management: Craft and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals in the Web3 space, focusing on brand awareness, community engagement, and user acquisition.
  • Content Leadership: Oversee production and curation of engaging, informative content
    tailored to various social media platforms, promoting the Web3 ecosystem effectively.

  • Community Engagement: Foster vibrant communities across social channels by initiating discussions, moderating comments, and cultivating a positive brand image.
  • Influencer and Partner Relations: Build relationships with influencers, industry leaders,
    and potential partners within the Web3 and crypto communities.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and community
    teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and leverage insights for strategic initiatives.
  • Performance Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize future strategies and drive conversions.
  • Trend Monitoring and Adoption: Stay updated on the latest trends in social media, Web3, and digital landscape, adopting strategies to leverage new opportunities and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in social media management with at least 3 years focused on crypto/Web3 space, demonstrating significant growth and engagement.
  • Crypto Knowledge: Deep understanding of crypto technology, slang, projects, and culture, with active participation on platforms like crypto Twitter.
  • Content Strategy: Strong background in crafting compelling brand narratives, content strategy, and digital marketing campaigns tailored to social media.
  • Tools Proficiency: Experience with social media tools like Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Meltwater, etc., for content moderation and operations.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex Web3 and crypto concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Creativity and Autonomy: Demonstrated creativity and autonomy in developing and executing innovative social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Analytics: Proficiency in utilizing social media analytical tools to track performance and analyze engagement patterns.
  • Adaptability: Ability to efficiently navigate the rapidly changing landscape of social media and Web3 space.
