Key Responsibilities

  • Event Strategy Development: Craft and execute strategic plans aligning with branding and marketing goals, focusing on podcasts, speaking engagements, and panel participation.
  • Identification and Securing Opportunities: Maintain a list of industry events, securing
    opportunities for company presence, and optimizing visibility and engagement.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with event organizers,
    podcast hosts, and influencers to secure key opportunities.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content tailored for each event.
  • Event Logistics and Coordination: Manage logistical aspects of event participation to
    ensure a professional presence.
  • Promotion and Engagement: Coordinate with the marketing team to effectively promote event participation across various channels.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in events management, with a deep understanding of web3 and
    blockchain events landscape.
  • Relationship Building: Proven success in establishing and leveraging relationships with event organizers, podcast hosts, and influencers.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with
    experience developing compelling content.
  • Logistical Management: Strong capability in managing all logistical aspects of event
    participation.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze event outcomes and audience engagement metrics to optimize future strategies.
