0xMintyn – Universal Basic Income Platform

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://0xmintyn.com, the 0xMintyn decentralized application (dApp), and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by 0xMintyn OÜ, registry code 17359805, registered office at Juhkentali tn 8, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 10132, Estonia.

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

1. Platform Structure: Commercial and Nonprofit Arms

0xMintyn operates through two affiliated entities to support our mission of blockchain-enabled financial inclusion:

You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. You may not use the Platform if you reside in a jurisdiction where access is prohibited or restricted by law (including sanctioned countries). Additional eligibility rules may apply for nonprofit UBI grants.

3. Nature of the Platform

0xMintyn is a Solana-based decentralized protocol enabling:

• Distribution of Universal Basic Income (“UBI”) in Mintyn tokens (SPL)
• Peer-to-peer and digital products marketplaces
• Decentralized Autonomous Project (DAP) fundraising
• DAO governance

The Platform is provided “as-is” and “as-available”. Blockchain interaction carries significant risks.

4. No Financial, Investment, or Legal Advice

Mintyn tokens are utility tokens only and do not represent equity or securities in 0xMintyn OÜ or 0xMintyn MTÜ. Nothing on the Platform constitutes professional advice.

5. UBI Distribution

UBI allocations (welcome bonuses, household allocations, creator incentives, and nonprofit grants) are subject to verification, treasury availability, and DAO/MTÜ policies. We may modify or terminate any program at any time.

6. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information
• Secure your wallet and private keys
• Use the Platform lawfully
• Comply with all applicable laws

7. Prohibited Activities

• Fraud, market manipulation, wash trading
• Multiple accounts to abuse incentives
• Money laundering or sanctioned activities
• Hacking, DDoS, reverse-engineering

8. DAO Governance

Token holders may participate in governance. Decisions affecting nonprofit activities require MTÜ compliance oversight.

9. Intellectual Property

All Platform content is owned by 0xMintyn OÜ, 0xMintyn MTÜ, or licensors. Limited license granted for personal use only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 0xMintyn OÜ and 0xMintyn MTÜ are not liable for indirect damages, loss of cryptocurrency, or issues arising from blockchain risks.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify both entities against claims arising from your breach or misuse.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time without notice.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Estonian law applies. Exclusive jurisdiction: Harju County Court, Tallinn.

14. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
